Applicants must be made aware that they will be taking the apartment in its present condition
“as is,” meaning there will be no renovations or changes made to the condition of the
apartment. The apartment will not be painted.
The rent will be $4,873.00 per month for a 12-month lease term.
The new lease start date must be the day after the current tenant’s surrender date. Current
tenant and applicant must arrange these dates accordingly. The applicant will no longer assume
the apartment in its present condition “as-is”; accordingly, both the current tenant and applicant
agree to a minimum 5-day period between the current tenant’s vacate date and the new lease
start date.
During this time, the unit must be unoccupied and cleared of any furniture and personal
