Property Details
Large 1BR/1BA corner unit apartment on the 45th floor of the City Tower building. Large windows with a ton of natural light, south facing with a great view of south Brooklyn and the East River. The living room area is wide and open due to the living space including a "home office area", which you can see in the floor plan.
We love this building but unfortunately will be starting a family soon and outgrowing our place. We would've loved to stay in this building but unfortunately the 2BR here are about the same size as the 1BR. We are in our 5th renewal lease with this unit.
A few reasons why we love our building:
* The doormen here are amazing and personable and available 24/7. We feel incredibly safe with them around
* Building handymen respond quickly with any issues
* We're located right above the Q/N/R/B Dekalb station and only a few minutes walk to the Blue, Green, and Red lines
* We're located right on top of Dekalb Market, Target, Trader Joes, Alamo
* less than 10 minute walk to Fort Greene (and the weekend farmers market)
* Nice gym, half court basketball court, and outdoor areas for tenants
