Looking to sublet my room in a spacious, fully furnished apartment at the right at the corner of 70th and Columbus beside Central Park on the Upper West Side.

- Deposit: $2,700
- Lease through: July 31, 2027
- Move-in: October 12, 2026, or potentially earlier if needed

The apartment is ~1,500 sq. ft., very clean, well designed, and fully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, appliances, etc., so you’ll have pretty much everything you need from day one.

The room has its own en-suite bathroom and is currently furnished with a bed and mattress, clothing racks/hangers, an adjustable sit/stand desk, vacuum, and other essentials. If you’d like to keep any of the furniture/items in the room, we can discuss a reasonable price separately.

Laundry is available in the building.

You’ll be living with 2 roommates who are both currently completing their MBAs at Columbia University and are going into investment banking. Both have already received full-time offers, so it’s a pretty quiet / professional household.

The location is hard to beat: W 70th Street on the Upper West Side, essentially right next to Central Park, with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, transit, and everything else in the neighborhood.
