258 East 78th St has been and continues to be an absolutely wonderful place to live. It is a quiet elevator building on a quiet block, but still close to the 77th St 6 station and the 72nd St N/Q/R station. It is also close to popular local restaurants such as Nightly's, Uva, Lusardi's, Shoo Shoo, and Pil Pil. The unit is about a ten minute walk to the MET and to Central Park. The bathroom and kitchen are recently renovated and clean. The unit has a lot of natural light with windows that overlook townhouse courtyards which provides for a lot of trees and greenery. There is a small dining alcove with a fun "bar" cabinet. There are hardwood floors throughout the living space. The furniture is all bought within the last 18 months. The living room sectional folds out into a queen size bed which is convenient for guests! The bed is a queen size bed with room for storage underneath (though there is ample closet space). Tenant is moving abroad and very sadly has to move out of this unit. Heat and water are included in the rent. All furnishings stay except for paintings/knick knacks/books/small decor, the sheep statue, and the small TV.
