- AC (doubles as heater in winter) in every room, full fridge, microwave, full-size dishwasher
- Bedroom can remain furnished or unfurnished - happy to work with what you need
- All living room furniture is my roommate's and stays in the unit - the TV, media console, and soundbar are mine and available separately (see P.S.).

About the building & landlord: I've lived here 3 years. Landlord is responsive, and the super typically resolves issues within a few days. Building is cleaned daily - no bug or flooding issues in my time here. I'm only leaving because I won the NYC housing lottery for a studio in Greenpoint.

About us: I'm 29, work in media, and keep busy during the week. My roommate is in his early 30s, works in sales, and is out of the apartment most weekdays for work. He is social and likes to host friends a few times per month. We both have kept the unit relatively clean and respected shared spaces - working or gaming from our rooms. We've been close friends for 5 years - happy to share more details over DM.

Lease takeover may require a credit check from the landlord, and may require reimbursement of the existing security deposit currently held by the landlord (this transfer is part of the lease takeover, pending landlord approval and credit check).
