Hi everyone! We’re looking for a female flatmate to sublease a Ready to move in! Fully furnished room in our 3 bed, 2 bath apartment on the Upper West Side.

Sublease: Minimum 6 months, up to a year. Our lease runs until September 2027 with yearly extension.

The room comes fully furnished, and the apartment has a washer/dryer and dishwasher. You’d be sharing one bathroom with one girl.
We are two females, one professional and an the other one, an NYU Tandon student.

The neighborhood is very vibrant and convenient, with lots of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and shops within walking distance. It’s around 30 minutes to NYU Washington Square and 40–45 minutes to NYU Tandon.

We'd ideally prefer someone who can provide professional references or is financially mature.
