Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at the Montrose Williamsburg House. I’m moving out to live with my partner, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

It’s the master bedroom and a corner room, so it’s a little bigger than the other rooms and gets good natural light. It’s fully furnished with a full-size bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelving, and nightstand.

The apartment:
6 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms. There’s an in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, living room with a TV, and shared common space. The roommates are mostly students and young professionals. Everyone has their own schedule and generally does their own thing.
