Listing my personal apartment for a lease assignment because I’m moving in with my partner. I’m the current tenant, not a broker.

The view is easily my favorite part of the apartment. It overlooks the Manhattan skyline, Roosevelt Island, and the East River. You can watch boats and even seaplanes go by throughout the day. Since the apartment faces west, you also get great sunsets and a nice view of the Manhattan skyline lighting up at night.

The apartment gets plenty of natural light, especially in the afternoon and evening. It is also very quiet despite being in NYC. The kitchen is new and has new appliances, including a gas stove and dishwasher.

The building is right next to the Hunter’s Point Ferry stop and a bus stop. It’s also within walking distance of the 7 train, waterfront parks, restaurants, and shops. There are often community activities and events happening along the waterfront.

The lease includes three complimentary months of building amenities, which normally cost $75 per month. Amenities include a gym, co-working space, and outdoor communal area.

The incoming tenant is also welcome to keep the bed and mattress currently in the apartment, which can make moving in a little easier.
