Due to a job relocation to Germany and with the fondest of memories we are leaving our beloved home behind for the next tenant to enjoy. The views are exceptional, the location is A1, the building is excellent, the roof top terrace incredible (arguably the best views of town), the gym has everything you can ask for, the staff is amazing, dog friendly with outside dog area, and we could keep going.

The apartment get's incredible light due to the south west exposure. The rooms are very spacious, washer/dryer in unit, the floors are hardwood, the kitchen allows full cooking comfortably with full size fridge and new stove. Perfect for couples of families. We are looking for a new tenant to take over our existing lease starting Nov 30th to January 24th. The building management has fully approved this and will issue the renewal rate for January 24th in the next 2 weeks.

Incentives

Most furniture and lamps can be taken over at a fair/favorable price that remains negotiable (West Elm Chairs, Crate & Barrel Lamp, etc.). Only very few exceptions.

Additional fees

Required: 40x income requirement and criminal screening
Fees: $20 application fee and$250 lease origination fee
Security deposit (is paid and transfers to you, to be paid to current tenant upon acceptance): $1,000
