The apartment has a modern kitchen and bathroom, good natural light, and plenty of space for a one-bedroom. It is mostly unfurnished, although a queen mattress can be left in the apartment if desired.
Building amenities include a gym, laundry room, bike storage and rooftop deck.
I am temporarily working from Toronto due to a delay in my U.S. work authorization and will be returning to NYC afterward, so I am looking for a responsible tenant for approximately 1–2 months.
Minimum stay: 30 days. Dates can be somewhat flexible.
Management-approved temporary sublet. 30-day stay preferred, with potential flexibility for a longer term subject to management credit check.

Incentives

Reduced rent of $3,700/month for a qualified tenant. Wi-Fi can be included. Some flexibility on move-in/move-out dates.
