We're looking for someone to take over our lease from November 1st to March 31st, with the option to renew.

The apartment is renovated and very spacious. It's located on a quiet block in the heart of trendy Bushwick, surrounded by great local businesses, restaurants, bars, and parks, with easy access to public transportation. The L train is just 3 blocks away (the Wilson Ave. stop—arguably the nicest and cleanest L train station I know), and the J train is within a similar distance in the opposite direction (the Chauncey St. stop).

The apartment occupies the entire first floor of a 3-unit townhouse (one neighbor on the ground floor, one above on the second floor—both friendly and very private). There's also access to a shared backyard with a large tree, which is available for you to enjoy (the two neighbors don't use it).
