Apartment rent is $4,472.72/month. My existing roommate and I are looking for a lease takeover. The current lease goes through April 30th, 2027. The apartment is rent stabilized, with option to renew each year. Utilities and Wi-Fi are not included in the rent, you will need to pay those separately. I recently accepted a job in another state, so my roommate and I are looking for a lease takeover, but we are also open to a long-term sublet for 3-6 months. We can be flexible with move-in dates, anytime between Oct 20th and Nov 1st is ideal, but earlier is also fine if approved by the leasing company.
