The room for sublet or for a lease take-over, from Oct 02 to Jan 22. It's at 417 Grand ave Brooklyn, and I have one more person sharing the bathroom w me but he is very quiet and clean.
5min to C train, 10 min to G train
2 grocery stores near by and a lot of diverse restaurants.
30 min walk to downtown Brooklyn
15min by bus to DUMBO
20min to Pratt
The rent is 1650 base, and there is a cleaning lady taking care of the common area to all the bathrooms and bringing all the common supplies such as toilet paper, garbage bag etc. this requires am additional fee for a couple hundred dollars, but I think it's worth it, because the job is very satisfactory. You can also easily ask for any help to fix anything around the house by sending an email to outpost.
