The apartment has a generous living and dining area, two separate bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a dishwasher, an in-unit washer/dryer and a walk-in closet. It’s a comfortable, lived-in home with room to spread out, cook, work and settle into the neighborhood. Fully furnished would be the default but I can removed items as needed..

The building offers concierge service, a fitness center, resident lounges, a courtyard with grills and a roof deck. There is also bike storage and on-site parking; availability and any separate charges would need to be confirmed.

Located at 53 Clay Street / 1133 Manhattan Avenue, the apartment is close to Greenpoint’s neighborhood shops, cafés, restaurants and waterfront parks.

Rent: Proposed at $6,052.67 per month, the current rent under my rent-stabilized lease. Utilities and any other applicable costs will be specified before an agreement.

Timing: Targeting a mid-October 2026 start for a multi-month stay. Exact start and end dates are open for discussion; the current lease runs through July 31, 2027.

Approval: This is a potential sublet subject to landlord approval and screening.
