Bright, welcoming apartment at Denizen Bushwick with large windows, neighborhood and city views, and warm hardwood floors throughout. A separate bedroom and open kitchen/living area offer a comfortable layout, with stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, in-unit washer and dryer, and air conditioning. The bathroom features a bathtub with both a rainfall showerhead and handheld sprayer.

Available partially furnished or unfurnished, with flexibility to make the space your own. We can provide a full-size bed with a solid frame, a couch, and a TV console table. These will be different from the pieces pictured. You’ll need to bring some additional furniture, or you’re welcome to furnish the apartment entirely yourself; we can remove the furniture we would otherwise leave.

Please note that the photos show our current setup. The desk and workstation will not remain, and we’re taking the bedroom’s wood-slat accent wall and our paintings. The painting in the foyer is the exception and can stay.

Denizen’s amenities include a swimming pool, outdoor hot tubs, rooftop gardens, fitness spaces, yoga and spinning studios, a rock-climbing wall, an arcade/game room, and resident lounges. Our amenity account can be transferred to you at $125 per month. On-site garage parking is also an option at approximately $300 per month, separate from rent.

The location puts you near Bushwick’s restaurants, cafés, galleries, and nightlife, with access to the J, M, and L trains for getting around Brooklyn and into Manhattan.
