Rent is $4,890/mo plus a $150 building amenity fee. Available October 1 (flexible). The lease runs to March 1, 2027, with the option to renew.

This is a lease assignment through management, not a sublet. You apply with the building, become the tenant of record on your own lease, and decide in March whether to renew.

All the furniture stays, free: king bed, sectional sofa, dining table and chairs, TV and media console, dresser, coffee table, rugs and a fully stocked kitchen. Walk in with a suitcase.

The apartment: 9th floor, 1 bed, 1 bath with full tub. Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, induction cooktop, wall oven, walnut cabinets, quartz counters, oversized windows and light oak floors. Pets allowed.

The building: 24hr concierge, heated rooftop pool, gym, yoga studio, coworking lounge and conference rooms, riverfront lounge and terraces, courtyard garden, package room and attended garage.

Location: Steps from the India Street NYC Ferry to Midtown and Wall Street, the G train at Greenpoint Ave, Transmitter Park and Franklin Street.

Standard building screening applies, and I'll walk you through the process. I live here, so I can show it same day, including evenings and weekends.
