- No Additional Pets (one dog already in home, space not large enough to accommodate another. NO CATS.)

Income Qualification: Proof of annual income of at least $62,000 (standard 40x rent requirement) OR guarantor ability to cover rent amount per month

References: Past roommate reference and employer verification required (guarantor required if employer not applicable)

Deposit: First month’s rent + security deposit due upon signing sublet agreement
