They strictly require:
Income: Minimum provable annual income of $73,704 (40x the rent).
Credit: Excellent credit score (700+).
Guarantors: Accepted if you do not meet the income/credit requirements (must make 80x the rent).
Documentation: Be prepared to provide recent pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements to management.
