One private flex room is available in a shared apartment at 1300 Clinton St, Hoboken, NJ 07030, starting October 1st. The other two roommates have already been confirmed, so we are only looking for one more roommate.

The room is a converted living room with a full enclosure, providing good privacy and a separate living space. The enclosure is made with clothing racks and cabinets, which also provide plenty of storage space.

Rent: $1,305/month, water included.

Room & Apartment Features:
Central AC, pet-friendly building, fitness center, secure building access, courtyard/BBQ area, study and work areas, package lockers, elevators, on-site dry cleaner and nail salon, and parking available.

The apartment is located in Uptown Hoboken, close to Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, restaurants, coffee shops, and other everyday conveniences.

The building also provides a free shuttle to Hoboken Terminal, running approximately every 30 minutes from 6:00–9:00 AM and 5:00–8:00 PM. From Hoboken Terminal, you can connect to PATH, NY Waterway Ferry, and NJ Transit, making commuting to NYC and Jersey City convenient.

This is not a short-term sublease. The incoming roommate will join the new lease starting in October.

Additional fees

There is a $550 amenity fee for the apartment, which will be split among three roommates. The incoming tenant will also need to complete the leasing office’s application process and meet the building’s requirements.
