This is one bedroom in a shared 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, not the entire apartment. The other two rooms are occupied by two quiet, introverted male Columbia students who do not smoke and have no pets. All genders are welcome. Smokers may apply, subject to building rules.

Included: TV, PS5, bed frame, desk and chair. In-unit washer and dryer. Building amenities include a front desk, gym and study space. Pets are allowed subject to the building’s pet policy and fees. Nearby street parking is available; no resident-only parking is provided.
