### Transportation to Manhattan

The **Port Imperial Ferry Terminal is right in front of the building.**

The ferry gets you to Manhattan in approximately **8–10 minutes**, with service to both Midtown and Downtown. During peak hours, ferries run approximately every 10 minutes, making the commute into the city extremely convenient.

There is also a **bus stop right in front of the building**, with easy access to Port Authority on 42nd Street in Manhattan.

The **Hudson-Bergen Light Rail is also right outside**, making it easy to get to Hoboken and connect to the PATH. The Port Imperial Ferry Terminal and Light Rail station are within easy walking distance of each other.
