Seeking a new tenant for my true 1 bed / 1 bath on a quiet street in the heart of North Williamsburg at N 7th and Wythe - $4,750/mo with no broker or move in fees! Would be signing a new 12mo lease at October 1.

The location is amazing and puts you steps away from Bakeri, Café Mogador, Nem's, Smorgasburg, the waterfront, and more! And less than 5 minute walk to the Bedford L!

Washer / dryer in building and heat + hot water included! Building is pet friendly, although we do not currently have any. Unit is a second floor walkup and features a walk-in closet, exposed brick fireplaces, and a fantastic kitchen including full size appliances!

My partner and I are relocating and looking for someone to take over our lease, ideally for an October 1 lease. This would be a full lease assignment through management (40x rent, credit check, security deposit, etc).

Apartment would be transferred as-is (i.e. the mgmt company would not repaint). As pictured, we’ve worked to keep the apartment in great condition and would have someone come in and take care of any misc picture nail holes/drywall anchors before departure.
