Additional fees

Prospective subtenant will be subject to the building management company's standard background screening and approval process. Management will coordinate any required application paperwork and agreement once a prospective subtenant is identified.

First month's rent ($4,500) and a one-month refundable security deposit ($4,500) are due prior to move-in. A separate written sublease agreement will also be signed between the current tenant and subtenant.

Other info

Sublease is available through March 31, 2027, the end of the current lease term. If the subtenant is interested in remaining in the apartment beyond March 31, they may discuss the possibility of signing a new lease directly with building management. Any new lease would be subject to management approval, availability and terms at that time.
