I have to relocate internationally in October so need to transfer lease. Hoping to hand it off to someone who’ll enjoy it as much as I have. Apartment has great lighting in each room. I moved to Greenpoint after living 4 years in Manhattan and have been loving this neighborhood.

Official transfer through the building, so it’s a standard landlord application. You end up properly on the lease and be able to renew next year.

Good for a couple, two roommates, or one person wanting a 1 bedroom with home office/guestroom.

Lots of storage in the apartment with 5 different closets (2 big ones)

Building is pet friendly. Laundry room on every floor (not in-unit). Mine is 3 doors down so pretty convenient.

Gym, indoor pool, sauna, tennis court (only building in nyc that I know) and basketball courts, BBQ area, lounge.

Public transport: close to the ferry, G and 7.

Furniture available to buy as-is if you want it, all good condition, priced fairly. List and photos on request. Would be my preference to give it to someone who can take most or all of it, but flexible to discuss case by case.

Viewings evenings and weekends, or a video walkthrough if you’re out of town. Looking to confirm someone by early September. Please DM me if you need any more information.
