The apartment is a ground-floor studio on a quiet, tree-lined Chelsea street, while still being extremely central and easy to get around from. The 1 train is about two blocks away, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Westside Market are all within walking distance.

I've really liked living here because of the location. You're connected to the major avenues and can get around Manhattan very easily, but the apartment itself is on a much quieter, tree-lined side street. At $2,610/month, it's a great price for this part of Chelsea.

I'm moving out of NYC, which is the only reason I'm giving up the apartment.
