We are a couple and looking for 1 person (or a couple) to take over our lease. You can move in immediately for a lease takeover with the lease renewal at the end of Nov (Nov 30th 2026). Pictures are of the actual unit and actual furniture, not staged!

Honestly one of the best new rental buildings in Dumbo, the location doesn't get much better. You're steps from some of the best coffee shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

3 min walk to F train & 5 min walk to A/C train is right there for quick, easy access to Manhattan and the rest of Brooklyn.

The extra Den makes it super flexible - great as a home office, guest room, or third bedroom setup.

Furniture is also available for purchase which is highly prefered so it's easier for us to move: (price negotiable), including:

- Couch + pillows
- Rug
- 2 small coffee tables (living room)
- Dining table + 4 chairs
- Some kitchen equipment (depends on what's still around)
- Office Desk + Chair
- Queen Bed Frame + 2 Side Tables

We'd prefer someone who's willing to take most/all of the furniture - makes the move a lot easier on our end.

About This Lister
my girlfriend and I are in our early-to-mid 30s, both working in tech, easy-going and considerate to live with. We keep pretty normal schedules and value having a clean, calm home. Outside of work, we're into fitness (running, boxing, yoga), cooking, and generally taking care of ourselves, so you can expect a home that's well looked after.

We're also quick to communicate, so if anything ever comes up, you'll hear from us right away and we'll work it out together.

Rental requirements:
Requirements: Applicants should be prepared to show standard proof of ability to afford the unit - good credit (700+ preferred), and proof of income at approximately 40x the monthly rent (around $313K/year combined). A guarantor is also an option for applicants who don't meet the income threshold directly. Flagging this upfront so there are no surprises later in the process!
