Lowlights:
- Not a huge space overall—queen-size bedroom. (though I find that the views make up for it)
- Only one (large) kitchen drawer
- Not a ton of kitchen countertop space
- Cold water pressure is usually fine but drops for a few seconds sometimes. (Hot water pressure is always good.)
- HVAC units by both windows can be loud (though i've stopped hearing them)
- Weirdly, the noise isolation from outside is just okay despite me never hearing my neighbors. I find that the HVAC white noise helps a lot with this
