I will be subletting my incredible apartment for a long-term period, while working abroad. Dates might be flexible, but ideally November 1 move-in.

It is a large first floor unit (over 800sqft), with plenty of storage, and just about a 7 minute walk to Prospect Park. It is located around the corner (on the same block) from the B/Q line, and the 2/5 is an 18 minute walk away. The apartment is currently used as a 1 Bed with a separate office, but can easily be adjusted to use as a 2 Bed.

- Move in: November 1, 2026 (with some flexibility)
- Move out: May 31, 2027 (with some flexibility)
- Rent: $2500
- Utilities: Based on usage (Average ~$150)
