Safe and upscale location to experience the best of Manhattan and Brooklyn,. E, 7, M, N, Q, and W trains all a few minutes away. The building has many amenities including gym, basketball court, boxing, rooftop terraces with grills, movie watching room, and more. The apt is furnished and has everything you need including automated room darkening blinds, in unit washer and dryer, power recliner sofa, humidifier, and air purifier . The rent is rent includes all utilities which needs to be prepaid one month at a time. For those concerned if the apt is real you are welcome to come or send a friend to come meet me and checkout the apt. FaceTime also works. I and verified on Instagram and I work for IBM.
