This is a lease take over that ends May 2027

The room is a Private bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared with 1 female roommate)

- Roommate 2: 27-year old male who works long shifts at a hospital and in the master bedroom. He is LGBTQIA+ friendly and respectful of shared spaces.

Ideally, we’re looking for a respectful, working professional woman in her mid to late 20s who is LGBTQIA+ friendly, clean, respectful.
