We have been living in this building since Feb 2025 and are now planning to move to a larger unit in the same building. The building is well maintained (with a terrific maintenance staff) and conveniently located. We enjoyed living here so much that we didn't even consider moving to a different building. The apartment has new Bosch washer and dryer (replaced in 2026), hardwood floors throughout, central A/C with temp control and automatic online control, garbage disposal, a tub and separate shower combo (all the things I have missed since moving to NYC). The apartment is one of the bigger 1 bedroom units in the building with a large, sunny living room and a large bedroom (875 sq. ft.). Note that the owner is also including a private storage locker in the basement for all your storage needs.
