Official lease assignment from October 10, 2026 through May 14, 2027. Rent is $4,589/month, unfurnished, with no broker fee. The incoming renter applies through building management. In-person and live video tours are available.

The building has a 24-hour attended lobby, gym, workspace, and rooftop pool. Upfront costs: $20 application fee per adult and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. The amenity fee is $120/month for the first resident ($60/month per additional resident); electricity is billed separately. Management requires combined annual income of at least 40× the monthly rent, or a qualifying guarantor at 80×. Renewal after May 14 is not yet confirmed.

If a guarantor is required, they must demonstrate an income of at least 80x the monthly rent and have credit in good standing.
Guarantors must complete an application and sign the lease with the applicant.

Three (3) most recent consecutive monthly bank statements (all pages included)
Valid driver's license and/or government-issued photo ID
Visa holders must provide their visa number and expiration date on the application
Applicants without a Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN) must provide an I-94, I-94W, or I-20
Full-time students must provide a letter from their Registrar's Office confirming current enrollment
