Looking for someone to take over my lease at Herald Towers NYC, ideally furnished. The apartment is a spacious studio with a large walk-in closet and separate kitchen, in an incredible Midtown South location near Herald Square and steps away from Koreatown. Herald Towers has excellent amenities, including a 24/7 doorman, package room, elevators, gym, and two beautiful rooftop decks with a pool table, poker table, lounge areas, and workspaces. The Herald Square train station is also located right outside of the front door of the building, making any commute within Manhattan or to other Boroughs extremely convenient. Furnished or unfurnished options available, although preference will be given to someone interested in taking it furnished. I’m also willing to sell the furniture for a very reasonable price — less than half of what was originally paid. This is a full lease takeover, not a sublet, so building approval is required. Applicants must meet the standard 40× monthly rent annual income requirement (approximately $150K/year), or use a guarantor earning 80× the monthly rent. There is also an option to renew the lease when the current term ends at the end of February.
