ROOMMATE FOR LEASE-TAKEOVER WITH PRIVATE BATH
For 09/01 start (flexible), I (33F) am looking for a like-minded female to join me in a 3 BR, 2 BATH apartment lease in the EV (between Avenue C & E 9th St), where you would have your own private bath and a third room as a guest room to host family and friends or exercise space 🧘- it’s such a steal to have an extra bedroom in NYC!

Lease term: $2525 a month for 09/01 - May 2027 (somewhat flexible), with option to renew. Preference is for someone to join the lease though could be open to sublet for the right person (min 3-4 months). My current roommate is moving out to foster dogs 🐶🥹 so looking for a woman of similar age who is working full time, clean, and respectful. I’ve been in the neighborhood for 5+ years and love the community and amazing happy hour spots in the area.
