I'm looking for someone to take over the lease on my room in a 2-bed apartment! Available from mid-September (with flexibility), with lease ending 31 March 2027 (with option to renew).
The building (3eleven) is in Hudson Yards - it's a full-amenity building with a pool, gym, 42nd floor roof terrace, mail room, games room, grills etc. Our unit is on the 22nd floor, W/D in unit, heaps of light and views and a super modern feel. You'll be sharing with my roommate Aimee 🙂 she is British, early 30s, working in finance and a lovely person to spend time with.
