Looking for a qualified tenant to take over my lease for a beautiful one-bedroom apartment at Loden Brooklyn in Crown Heights. A block from the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and Prospect Park. The building is very peaceful, and the apartment is very quiet, great for sound sleep and working from home. The 4/5, 2/3, and B/Q express trains are all within walking distance.

This is a formal lease assignment through building management—not a sublet. Once management approves, the new tenant will take over the remainder of the existing lease through May 27, 2027, and I will be removed from the lease. Option to renew lease.

The new tenant will apply directly through building management and will be subject to the building's standard income, credit, and screening requirements. Once approved, we will complete a formal Lease Assignment Agreement.

The current lease ends May 27, 2027. The building does offer lease renewals, so there may be an opportunity to renew directly with management afterward, subject to management's approval and renewal terms. The lease itself references the building's renewal-lease process.
