THE LIVING ARRANGEMENT (Unique & High Value) > This is a 6-month winter sublet (November 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027) offering near-total privacy:

You have exclusive, full-time use of the primary bedroom suite, full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and workstation.

The primary leaseholder retains access to the separate front bedroom (located right by the entrance) for only up to one week per month for work trips. During that week, she is out at her office seeing clients during the day and only home in the evenings to sleep.

For roughly 3 weeks out of every month, you have the entire 950 sq ft apartment completely to yourself.

Pet Policy: Pets considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Well-behaved, house-trained pets welcome in accordance with building guidelines. Additional pet rent of $50–$75/month applies. Please share breed, age, and size when inquiring.
