This unit is on the first floor and faces the backyard garden area, so it gets plenty of light and is pretty quiet. Unit comes with dishwasher, built-in microwave, rain shower, high ceilings, and a storage closet. The building is pet-friendly, has washers/dryers in the basement, and has a rooftop with a view.

I've definitely thrown a few rooftop parties so you can make it your own experience. The building is a walk-up with 10 units, and most of the neighbors are friendly.

Love this place that I've called home for almost four years, but moving due to losing my job. My official move-out date is September 30 but can be flexible if someone wants to get in before end of September. Please message me for more information.
