Fantastic 2 bedroom in a walk up building on Chrystie St just north of Delancey St and across the street from Sara D. Roosevelt Park. Great apartment, super good price for the prime LES location.

Total monthly rent is $3150. You’d be paying $1650 (the bedroom has much better natural light than the other one). You’d be sharing the apartment with my lovely roommate Sana, who’s a Stanford alum currently working as a consultant in the city.

The replacement roommate we're looking for: female, ideally mid or late 20s, in grad school or working.

Qualification from landlord: income is x40 monthly rent OR guarantor; good credit.

The bedroom can easily fit a queen bed but would be best with a full.
