Hello! I'm moving soon and need a lease takeover for my $3,655/mo studio at 20 Exchange Place in the Financial District starting on November 1st, with the current lease term ending on July 21st, 2027.

My unit is on the twelfth floor and situated at the corner, so there is only one tenant the unit shares a wall with. Also, it is conveniently on a laundry room floor, with the laundry room nearby, two doors down. 20 Exchange has a gym, a newly-refurbished terrace that is opening this year, great doorman staff, a concierge for mail and shipments, and regular community events.

20 Exchange is also located at a nexus between all of the major MTA stops, with the Wall Street stop (2/3) literally around the corner, J/Z at Broad Street a block away and 4/5 at Broadway two blocks away. There is also a Whole Foods three blocks away at 66 Broadway.
