We are looking to reassign our lease of a 1 bedroom apartment at 201 East 87th Street (87th and Third Ave). We have lived in this building for 4 years and this unit for less than 1 year. It is a wonderful place to live. It is a doorman building with a great staff with a rooftop gym and indoor pool and lounge area and laundry in the basement. It is also a great neighborhood with many great shops, restaurants and bars. Whole Foods also just opened on the first 2 floors of this building and the Express Subway (4,5,6) is just 1 block away.

Our apartment is a 1 bedroom on the 25th Floor. It has great closet space with numerous built-ins. 1 Large closet in the bedroom, 1 next to the bathroom and 2 very large closets by the door. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The building is also pet friendly with no additional charges for pets.

Our rent is $3325 per month. We are looking for someone to take over our current lease until October 31, 2015 as we have just purchased a home. At that time you can choose whether or not you wish to continue the lease. This could be a great option for someone looking for a short-term lease. We are flexible with the move-in sometime in August or September. We will leave our gym passes and laundry card for the new tenant.

The building's application will require that you make 40X monthly rent and guarantors are accepted. First month's rent and a security deposit of one month's rent will be required at signing.
