3 bedroom apartment in a great location in Greenpoint. On Greenpoint Ave, off Franklin, providing easy access to waterfront, dining and night life options in the neighborhood, and just a walk or short drive from the heart of Williamsburg, while street noise outside the apartment is minimal. Dishwasher and laundry are in-unit, and the building has amenities like a gym, a shared rooftop with gorgeous view of Manhattan, and a closed off garden patio in the backyard for all tenants. We have been living here for about a year and a half (renewed our original lease) and would have happily stayed til the end of our lease if not for changes in circumstances.
