Required Documentation: All applicants:
- Three most recent consecutive monthly bank statements (all pages included).
- A valid driver's license and /or government issued photo id.
- All applicants in the United States on a visa must list the visa number and expiration date on the Application. Applicants without a social security number (SSN) or individual taxpayer identification number (TIN) must provide an I-94, I94 W, or I-20.
- If you are currently enrolled as a full-time student you must upload from the Office of Register a letter stating that you are currently enrolled.
- If employed by a company (w2): 1. THREE most recent original consecutive pay stubs along with a recent Letter of Employment on company letterhead - stating start date, position, salary and if there is any bonus structure in place. If your company uses an automated letter of employment such as The Work Number report or any others, please pull the report.
- If self-employed, applicants must provide: 1. Proof of self-employment with a letter from CPA dated within the last 30 days that specifies AGI from 2 most recent consecutive tax returns along with projected AGI for the New Year. 2. 1099/ 1040 of two most recent consecutive tax returns. Please note this must be personal tax returns and you may submit just those 2 pages that state your AGI.
