I’m looking to sublet my fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in Astoria. It’s a spacious, comfortable home located in a clean, quiet building with an elevator and on-site laundry.

Apartment Features:
• 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, one bedroom currently set up as an office/photo studio - great for wfh! Long term sublet is welcome to add a 2nd bed if needed)
• Large living room
• Full kitchen
• Bathroom with tub/shower
• Fully furnished
• No pets allowed (building policy)
• Not guaranteed but we do have a parking spot 5 mins away for $200/month we may be able to transfer


Location:
• 5-minute walk to the N/W Broadway subway stop , Quick 15 minutes into Midtown
• 10–15-minute walk to the M/R Steinway stop
• Close to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and more

Sublet Dates:
Available from Mid-October 2026 through year-end 2027. Ideally looking for a long term agreement but open to splitting up the time with separate sublets. Rent is $2615/month + utilities (internet, electric/gas). Heat and hot water is included.
