I’m looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease for a 3 bed, 2 bath starting September 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027 in Boerum Hill. Looking for someone who has their documents, makes 40X the rent or has a guarantor, and is ready to apply ASAP!

Rent: $1,700 plus utilities (around $200 total per month but varies)
Cross streets are Warren and Nevins
Security deposit required (1 month’s rent)
3 bed, 2 bath (you will share a bathroom with one other roommate)
Dishwasher in unit and laundry in basement (just two floors down)
11-minute walk from the A-C at Hoyt Schermerhorn, the F-G at Bergen Street, the 2-3-4-5 at Nevins St, and all the trains at Atlantic Ave/Barclays.
15-minute walk from Fort Greene, Park Slope, Cobble Hill, and Brooklyn Heights—I absolutely love the area!!!

The roommates are two girls in their mid-twenties, so female roommate preferred. One works in art and is from the city, the other works in tech and is moving from London. They both want to be friends with their roommates but also appreciate alone time. Guests welcome and no pets.

Looking for someone who can prepare their paperwork for the lease transfer ASAP!
