Looking for someone to take over my lease at a truly special hidden gem in prime Williamsburg.
Life circumstances are taking me elsewhere, and I'm hoping to find someone who will love this space as much as I have.
The apartment is a bright, south-facing studio with floor-to-ceiling windows and a Juliet balcony in a quiet 8-unit building. But the real selling point is upstairs: the apartment comes with a semi-private rooftop space (there is a divider separating spaces) that spans essentially the entire footprint of the studio below. It's a huge amount of outdoor space for a Williamsburg apartment and has been one of my favorite parts of living here.
There is also a separate private room on the rooftop exclusively assigned to this apartment, I've been using as a yoga/workout space. It could easily be used as a home office, guest room, additional storage, etc. I have a mesh WiFi extender that provides WiFi access on the roof as well.
The location is hard to beat — right off Grand Street and about:

The landlord has approved the lease takeover, and the incoming tenant will complete the standard application/approval process.
