I really love this apartment and am only moving due to job relocation. Great insulation so I rarely hear the neighbors and since it's facing the court yard, it's super quiet. I love the extra cabinet and counter space along the side of the kitchen. Large kitchen island. Deep closets which can fit a lot of items. Large living room that can fit a sectional sofa and large work space, which is rare to find nowadays. Close to many attractions and subway lines. And for an amazing price. Will miss this place and hope the next tenant will love it as much as I do.
