I’m a woman in my mid-30s working in tech and am looking for a female roommate for my fully furnished 2BR/1BA apartment, available now through approximately mid-November. The apartment is in a doorman/elevator building at 53rd & 3rd in Midtown East.

The room: Full-size Murphy bed, desk/chair, central AC/heat, dressers, open closet, and plenty of sunlight.
The apartment/building: Fully furnished, full kitchen, dishwasher, basement laundry, and roof deck.
The location: 1 minute from the E/M/F trains and 5 minutes from the 6.
Logistics: Approximately $2,350/month (we can discuss). Move-in and move-out months will be prorated. I’ll be traveling for most of October, so you’d have the apartment largely to yourself during that time.

Roommate agreement and security deposit required.

My mom is probably coming sometime mid-November and that's the reason for the move-out date. She could potentially stay in my room for a bit if absolutely needed.
