We love living here but we’re purchasing a co-op further uptown and need to find someone to take over our deal of a lease.

Our landlord is aware and the new tenants will apply directly with the leasing office - credit check and proof of household income that is 40x the rent are required.

Incentives

Will be getting rid of most furniture before our move - opened to leaving a few pieces behind if the new tenant is interested (bookcases, media center, terrace furniture, extra storage closets, bathroom storage, etc.). Will otherwise sell these pieces.

N/A - refundable deposit will either be $1,000 or one month rent - determined by the building management (our deposit was $1,000 when we moved in)
