Comes furnished - Apartment will be rented furnished with high-quality tasteful and color coordinated pieces, all in great condition and regularly cleaned. I will work out a fair price separately for furniture. Lease Process: 1. Assignment goes through the building. You'll need ID, income proof (the standard 45 X monthly rent or a guarantor), background check 2. I'm one of the only alcove studios available in the building right now. At my time of leasing, I had to wait 3 months to get it. The deal: ~ Take over my lease and pay $3570 rent + $50 amenities fees per month, through end of December 2026.
